Summer cookery events

Kilmaneen Farmhouse is hosting a series of summer cookery Demo and Dine events in early summer.

1) BBQ and BEERS
Get ready for the BBQ season ahead. Learn how to make your own sumptuous sausages or how to cook a leg of lamb on the barbeque. How about baked Fish Papillote and JJ Shanghai Coleslaw to go with it? And, of course, there's nothing like a cold beer to wash it all down. Taste a selection of beers from small, local, Irish breweries.
